These Terms govern your use of Shortscuts Studio. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
Shortscuts Studio provides tools for uploading videos, detecting silences, filler sounds and pauses, generating transcripts, suggested cuts, summaries, previews and exports. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account, login credentials and activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate and secure.
Uploaded content
You keep ownership of the videos and content you upload. You give Shortscuts Studio permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service, including transcription, editing, preview and export features. You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, or misuse automated processing features.
AI and output quality
Some features use automated or AI-assisted processing. Transcripts, cuts, summaries, highlights and exports may contain mistakes and are not guaranteed to be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or sharing them.
Subscriptions and payments
Payments and subscriptions are handled through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Card and payment information entered during checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy and is not stored directly by Shortscuts Studio on its own servers. Checkout, renewal, cancellation, tax, invoice and payment dispute handling may depend on Lemon Squeezy checkout terms and applicable law. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but we may update, suspend, limit or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shortscuts Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, publishing decisions, or results that depend on your review and use of generated outputs.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
